Garbanzo beans or chickpeas? Two names for one wonderful legume. No matter what you call them, we call these legumes delicious and nutrient-dense, especially when combined with simple herbs and some Lemonette® magic for this delightful side dish.

Garbanzo beans, 2 15oz cans
Red onion, ½ cup, minced
Italian parsley, ½ cup, finely chopped
Mint leaves, fresh, ½ cup, finely chopped
LEMONETTE® Mediterranean Herb Dressing

Drain the beans completely, rinse, and dry.
Add into a mixing bowl with the onions, parsley, and mint.
Toss with LEMONETTE® Mediterranean Herb Dressing to taste.
Do not overstir so that the beans do not break or get mushy.
