Kale, chopped, 4 cups
Quinoa, cooked, 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds, 1 cup
Avocado, 1 medium
LEMONETTE® Lemon-Garlic Dressing
(Optional: Sliced almonds)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Toss with LEMONETTE® Lemon-Garlic Dressing and enjoy!
