INGREDIENTS
Quinoa, package size of your choosing
Tomatoes, chopped, 2 or more
Bell peppers (any colors you like), chopped, 2 or more
Green Beans, cooked, 2 cups or more
Lemonette® Mediterranean Herb Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the quinoa according to package. Set aside to cool.
Boil green beans in slightly salted water for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and peppers.
When quinoa and beans are warm add to a large serving bowl.
Mix in the tomatoes and peppers and toss with Lemonette® Mediterranean Herb Dressing
The quinoa absorbs the dressing and becomes flavor-enhanced.
This is a perfect side dish to salmon, chicken or the protein of your choice.
